Candidates may receive a full refund (minus a 5% admin fee) if they cancel their place on a course 4 weeks or more before the start of the course date.
Those who wish to cancel their place up to 1 week before the start of the course but less than 4 weeks will receive a 50% refund (minus a 5% admin fee) a transfer to a later course during this period will incur a charge of 25% of the course fee.
Candidates wishing to cancel less than 7 days before the start of a course cannot be offered a refund or transfer because it will be too late to fill the vacated place.
